All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hangsdorf 30 minutes south of Berlin.
We are working together with Hive Technologies GmbH, the most professional logistics company for D2C brands. This professionalism allows us to deliver all over Germany within 2 working days.
Shipping costs for orders under threes undies are 4,99€. All other orders have shipping included.
Delivery
Our last mile carrier of choice is DHL with its GoGreen.
DHL provides us with fastest delivery times and highest quality in last mile service.
If you order before noon it is likely you receive your undies the next day, latest the day after
Returns
Please get in touch with us to request a return. We will provide you with a return lable for a drop-off at DHL.
For a return, we will take 4,50€ off your total refundable amount. This is to cover additional shipping costs.
After all, we want you to be happy, so if it is after 30 days, we find a solution as well.
All returned underwear will be washed and donated to people in need.
